My fiance bought my engagement ring all on his own and I love it, but now I’m trying to find ring that matches it so that I can keep my engagement ring on my left ring finger.
He told me that he would buy me a bridal set so that I could keep the engagement ring on my left hand and where my wedding band, but that means a whole new engagement ring.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to look for where to look for a fairly inexpensive bridal set?
The reason why he wants to buy me a new set is because my current ring is stainless steal because when he got it for me I worked in food service and I didn’t want it to be white gold, but now that I’m done with that I wanted to have it reset in white gold. He thinks that it would be cheaper to buy me a whole new set then reset this ring.

if you have a cortesis near where you live i know my friend got an inexpensive bridal set and it was absolutely gorgeous, btw this is a girl talking i’m just on my b/fs account so ya cortesis……. i don’t trust people’s from the first ring i got it was scratched within a day so try cortesis or mappins even

My engagement ring is a family heirloom and nearly impossible to find a band that will go around it without having it custom made. What I plan to do is put my engagement ring on my right hand the day of the wedding from then on. The wedding band will go on the left hand. This is how it’s traditionally done in Greece, and I think it’s a great way to keep both rings.
What does your ring look like? It might be easy enough to just find a matching simple band. If it curves out, they have bands for that too.
Why not have it custom made? It is a ring you will wear the rest of your life, so spending just a little extra will be worth it. If you love your engagement ring, why change it and get a new set? Any experienced jeweler will help you decide what type of custom band is right for you.
What does the engagment ring look like? I got my engagment ring all on its own too, and I am doing a very thin wedding band to go with it as I think that is all that would look good with it. Perhaps just a plain band would be ok with it. Id have to see it to give more suggestions. I think buying a whole new bridal set would seem weird and dumb.
I didn’t want to give my engagement ring up to wear a bridal set because i loved its so much, so we decided on just getting me a small plain band to go on my ring finger and it looks great!
go back to the place where he bought the engament ring…they should have somthing, talk to the sales persdon about all your options
Don’t go and buy a new bridal set, yuo should be able to find a band to match your e-ring you already have. If all else have one made.

Thats where I got my bridal set as of 3/2/08 and now I’m happily engaged and loving my ring set. they have pretty fair prices on there and real nice diamonds.
