   Sample, no. Beautiful used on your local craigslist site. Keep checking there, some very expensive gowns occassionally at great prices.

   National Wedding Show at the NEC Birmingham or the one in London if you are in the UK

   or you could try and contacting a supplier direct you can look at the wedding dress photographs on the website and ask if they have a discount for the sample dress.
