Does this sound like fun for our second wedding?

Me and my husband are planning our second wedding. We have changes coming, that we weren’t expecting. However those changes are going to make our life much fuller and happier. So our formal ceremony is now being changed to a very casual one.

We’ve come up with an idea that I think will suit both of us. We’re going to head into the mountains for Memorial Day Weekend of 2011. This is 2 1/2 months after our actual wedding anniversary, but right before summer. We will have our renewal of vows in a picturesque place. Have a picnic reception. Dance in the meadow without any shoes on. Me, hubby, and our offspring will be wearing dark wash jeans, a button down shirt, belt and matching shoes. The mountains are less then a 2 hour drive from where we live. We plan to come back that same day, leave the offspring with a child care provider over night. While we spend a lovely night in a honeymoon suite at a nice hotel.

This is just for me, hubby and our offspring. No one else is being invited. The only other people to witness this will be the photographer, and the officiant.
