i bought my dress off the rack. And since others had tried it on before it is a bit dirty at the bottom. From being dragged i guess. The tag says to dry clean. But my wedding isn’t for another 4 months. So should i dry clean it now or then? i figured then like a week before the wedding. But my mom said the stains would set. But i don’t think they will since there not heavy stains. Just a little dirt or dust from being tried on before.. So if i wait will it set and not come off?

How do you feel about this? I know a really funny, semi-famous stand up comedian who has offered to work my reception, we are also having a live band and two different music artists so he would kinda be the “MC” of the night. Cheesy…or fun??

I am currently planning my wedding for Oct of 2011. We are on a tight budget, as we have 2 children & I am a stay @ home mom. I have been looking for bridal gowns with a $ 1000 budget for the dress. But i just cant seem to find anything within my price range that I fall in love with. I was looking online & it seems that there are quite a few websites that offer to custom make a dress to your size at a very low price. ( Most of the dress on these websites go for $ 200- $ 300). I like the prices, & the picture of the dresses but I need to know a little more. Anyone purchase a dress online, please let me know what you thought. Im loosing sleep over this!!!!

I’m searching for a wedding venue in Lexington, KY that isn’t really expensive. Most of the places I’ve been looking at charge $ 1000 or more to get married and that simply isn’t an option.
I would love an outdoor wedding on a farm or something, but i’m open to any suggestions. Money is very tight. I’ve considered churches but wanted to look at other options. Anyone have an inexpensive places? The guestlist is around 200 maybe. Any help would be appreciated. I’ve googled a ton and looked and a bunch but I didn’t know if someone had something different or unique.

I love Halloween and next year is going to be extra special as I’m getting married on the 31st October 2009. Whilst I don’t want a theme’d wedding, I DO want to incorporate some halloween things into my day. I’m already thinking of incorporating some carved pumpkins into my flower displays and using a lot of candles but what else can I do? Suggestions please?
