how can i set up a wedding dress shop in the sims 2?

everyone says you can set up any business in open for business the sims 2 on pc but i’m a bit disappointed.
and i wanted to open a wedding dress shop. i know you can have a clothes shop but you can only have a sim wear a wedding dress by selcting it as her formal wear. anyone know how o fill a shop with wedding dresses?
