Im really aspiring to be a wedding cake/ various cake designer. ( Ex. The cake boss) what is their average payment? Pastry chef? CAN I DO BOTH? THANKS! ANY TIPS ON GETTING A BUSINESS STARTED? WORKING MY WAY UP? SCHOOLS IN ILLINOIS?
