I want to dye my very expensive designer wedding dress into black so I can wear it again. Where can I get this

Where can I get this done proffessionally. Also can it be done – my dress is dry clean only and made out of broderie anglaise lace!

  1. Why not ask at the Dry Cleaners, they do dying sometimes,

  2. These days it’s pretty much impossible to find a local business that will dye clothing for you. Dry cleaners don’t do it anymore. I know of two companies in the US and one in Canada that will dye a dress if you mail it to them, but only if it’s not made of polyester. They are listed at the link below.

  3. I recommend doing this professionally with Spectrumfirm.

    This company I know of, specializes in fabric dyeing and can dye your expensive designer wedding dress into black. They specialize in dyeing dresses, jeans, pretty much anything, as long as it has a natural fabric composition meaning cotton, wool, silk, linen etc, and even if it contains a small percentage of polyester or some other “not-natural” fabric it may still be able to dye the dress.
